Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with Daily Activities: Help patients with personal hygiene tasks like bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
• Mobility Assistance: Aid patients in moving, turning, or walking, ensuring they are comfortable and safe.
• Monitoring Vital Signs: Take and record patients’ vital signs, including temperature, pulse, respiration, and blood pressure.
• Patient Care: Provide basic care, such as changing bed linens, assisting with feeding, and ensuring patients’ comfort and cleanliness.
• Record Keeping: Document patient information, including care provided and changes in condition, and report to the nursing team.
• Emotional Support: Offer companionship, emotional support, and ensure patients’ mental and emotional well-being.
• Assist with Medical Procedures: Help nurses and doctors during medical procedures or treatments, including handling medical equipment and supplies.
• Maintain Cleanliness: Ensure the patient’s environment is safe and clean to prevent infection or accidents.
• Collaboration with Healthcare Team: Work closely with registered nurses, doctors, and other healthcare professionals to provide the best care for patients.
